I recommend mixing this project with a lotion if you are using on your face. I was in need of a night cream and tended to go through my regular supply fast. I was given sample of this and was not displeased. You can use it in hair, nails, skin as the bottle states. It was a bit too heavy at first but once I mixed it with my everyday lotion I watched my facial skin issues clear up as well as stay soft and moisturized. Less is more, great product.
