We have to order these for my husband every time he needs new pair. They last him 3 years or longer this is his 2 nd pair he tried different ones and he don’t like

The headphones are great. But if you’re looking for directions on how to use them they didn’t come with product. Cord fell apart as soon as I tried to plug it in but no big deal got thousands of those laying around the house. Not trying to bash the company the headphones are in great shape and sound good and work perfectly.

I've owned LG Tone headsets before, this is not a negative review of LG's product. This is a negative review of Amazon's "refurbishing". This headset came in a plastic bag inside of an Amazon shipping box. No original packaging, no instruction manual, no charger, and no replacement earbuds that the retail packaging came with. That's not "refurbished", that's just used. The earbuds that were installed were the largest LG makes and did not fit in my ears. Luckily I had some from previous headsets I've owned.Once I got them charged and fitting in my ears, I turned them on to discover the left earbud does not work at all and the right earbud sounds like it's underwater. There is no chance any human tested this headset to make sure it's working. Yet again, these are not refurbished they are just used. And broken. And missing everything they're supposed to come with. Absolute garbage.The LG Tone line of headsets is great. Amazon's refurbished program is not.

I'm getting my 4th set of LG Tones (3rd time buying refurbished). In general, these have served me well somewhere between 6 months and 2 years...not terrible for a price of somewhere between $25-$30. I put these headsets through extended hours of running in all weather conditions, so they generally take a beating (which is why I won't buy them new). Perhaps the best feature is the battery life. I can usually count on these to get me through 6-10 hours (maybe more) of running, which I haven't found in other devices. I didn't like the feel of the 780 model as much as the 770. It generally feels cheaper and the earbud storage inserts aren't as quick and easy as the 770. I also often made errors with the buttons since they are next to each other on the sides (not the case with the 770). The 760 (my first pair) were fine too. Over time, the typical failure mode seems to be the connector wire. One of the earbuds will start to be intermittent, then stops working. Bluetooth connectivity seems fairly strong too- I've had interference issues with other brands of wireless headsets.For $30, you'll get your money's worth and more from these, but they probably won't be your 'forever' headset. With the reliability issues I've experienced, I would definitely not buy new. Don't even consider cases where you're offered a warranty- your time is worth more than the hassle. Overall, I'm happy with them and can count on them...for awhile.

Truck driver. I use a neckband headset for hours each workday. I've gone through 6 or 7 LG and other brands headsets in this style and, to-date, have found the "old" LG HBS 730 and 750 seems to have the best sound, longest battery life and best durability of any I've tried.I bought these since my left earbud wire gave up on my 3 year old 750 after catching on my seat belt one too many times (they have ALL died this way). I couldn't find a reasonably priced (under $30) 730 or 750 so bought these HBS-780's and initially liked them. After a week of wear, the left earbud wire began to noticeably fray where it joins the earbud, Additionally, they seem to have much more of a treble bias compared to my old ones. Bass is good but I found extreme high-end like cymbals and hisses from speaking voices were MUCH louder and exaggerated .I have set these aside as a backup set since I was able to buy back an unused 750 from a friend.Great for what they are but it's still very hard to beat the old version and I'll invest the money on them when my current set breaks.Overall recommended due to bang for buck and sound quality but NOT for longevity.

This is I think my 4th set of LG Tone headset, They tend to last about 2 years with heavy use and 2 kids pulling on them. I am not a fan of how these earbuds slide rubber first into the magnetic ends, the earbuds themselves seem much larger than most other Tone series I have used. They are so large it is hard to put another set of headphones over my ear while the earbud is inserted (I often have to be on multiple calls at once). also it seems like the battery was about 10-15% less time than most of my previous sets but maybe I am listening to more podcasts than I used to.

The battery last a long time and the sound is excellent. The issue is the cord that co. Exes to the ear piece. If it gets caught even under your collar, the ear bud is shot. This is the third one I’ve had that this exact thing has happened to. That’s my fault because I keep buying this indurable model.

These are not knew they were refurbished yet they look brand-new I would not even know the difference. The sound is amazing the battery lasts a couple of days if you're not using it all the time. All the time you charge it once a day but that still amazing for how small it is. Plus Amazon doubled the warranty on it simply because it was refurbished and they're standing behind their self. Not to mention the delivery driver was super nice. Good job 👍👏👌
