Looks great
Product is thin like tape with wood grain texture. Easy to install, just like taping something up. It looks great. It covers the damage on the edges of my mirror.

Thin but good adhesion
This is a like a lightweight contact paper. Nice strong adhesive but I was able to reposition as needed during application. It worked well for my project which was covering the lower edge of a peeling bathroom vanity.

Thought it would look more like wallpaper
I removed the old border along the base of my bathroom wall, and replaced it with this fake wood grain border. Not that it looks bad...it just doesn't look like wood grain either. From any position in the bathroom, it just resembles a black border. Which is fine, but in the pictures, the design was much more prominent and easy to see than it is in person. I guess this would be best to line mirrors with or accentuate a room's walls in your home. I'm not all that impressed and actually kinda miss my old border now that this new one is up. Just eh...

Great adhesion. Used to frame a 40"x60" mirror and used as temporary base board. I've already reordered.
