Does this have floating bridge?

Its a Floyd Rose Floating Bridge and it comes with tremolo arm ( of course )

What about string gauge on the free-floating tremolo? I use 10s. Would they be too heavy?

I'm not 100% sure if this guitar is stock with 9's or 10's, but most floyd guitars are setup with 9's. You can use 10's without any issues BUT the guitar will need to be adjusted. I'd message the seller you want the guitar from and ask them if they'll restring it with 10's for you. The main adjustments going from 9's to 10's will be a slight truss rod tightening and tightening the screws in the trem cavity a little bit (or add an extra spring if you don't mind a more stiff trem).
