It's just a light
Such a waste app not working

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It only has 5W output.
I ordered this bulb seeing that it's from Jio and should be a trustworthy product. Also it was the only smart bulb that was showing the earliest delivery date to my pin code. Firstly the delivery time was shown as a week. I needed the bulb in 6 days because I was traveling on the 7th day. For this, I had called and chatted with the Amazon customer care multiple times within the first 48 hours requesting for an early shipping. I was told that it has been marked as priority, notified the concerned department who will check on it and also an email is sent to the seller mentioning the same. Nothing happened! The seller shipped the product after 2 whole days after order placement and I got the delivery on the 7th day just minutes before I was about to leave for my travel. Couldn't check the bulb and I returned after 2 weeks. Took the bulb, completed the setup as mentioned and made the necessary settings. I could install it easily. The 12W bulb had the brightness not more than 5W. Very dim and utterly useless. Now I couldn't do anything from the app as the return window was closed already. Checked with the customer care and they also mentioned the same. They shared the support phone number and email ID of the seller which is unresponsive. Now, this is a case of cheating by the seller of sending a sub-standard product. The 1 star rating is only for the ease of setup and the options in the app. The product is useless. Do not buy it!
