I find that it lasts longer if I remove it from the car as sometimes the hot summer temperatures in my car make the glue not work after a while. This was a very affordable alternative for me to purchasing from the medical supply store that I had previously. I was measured by a physical therapist so that helped with selecting the size. Perfect replacement for my neck brace. One is not enough especially after wearing all summer with the heat, sweat, and diet. Should have ordered ` more to have 3 on hand. Word of warning.. wash by hand. The washing machine will be at them up!
