Very well written. Great detail. I feel like its part of a series though but this is a complete part. Really good

An outstanding description of the last days, hellfire and jannah. Anyone eith a shred of belief in the afterlife must read this book!

Best book for the end of times.

I have been teaching for over 10 years and this book is a must have for every Islamic library. On the subject of the signs of the end of times, the anti-Christ, Jesus's return, Day of Judgment, heaven, and hell, this book is extremely detailed and an excellent source for those teaching the subject. I have found detailed information in this book not listed among the mainstream hadith books. However Ibn Katheer is an undisputed and very reliable source amonst Muslim scholars. If you get only one book in regards to the "end of time," this is the one to have.

Not too bad if it were to be taken for a chronological sense. Best it is a good insight of the Islamic Eschatology. The translation is confusing. In some it says that God has a Shin, which is in certain Sunni beleifs is a blasphemy, Saq (trans. Shin) means the calamity of the situation. An example would be the Saq of Battle.Never theless Ibn Katheer is considered as one of the firs sources of History and Islamic Creed jurist.Very good to identify the best Hadeeth of the times to come.
