Very easy to connect the main device to the mat & off you go. The main device can be charged using the supplied Micro USB cable. You can operate the main device using the buttons on it or just use the simple remote control provided. The mat has a lovely print on it with indication of where you put your foot. The compact main device gives you option of 8 different modes to choose from as well as 19 intensity levels. The sensation running through your foot is nice & comforting. The auto shut down feature in 10 sec of not being used is great to conserve main device power. Also the cycle of any mode is 20 min. after which it will automatically stop. The various modes pass on different kinds of muscle stimulation to relieve your stress. The foot massage will help in increased blood flow which is good for your overall health. Really compact & lightweight to carry anywhere with you. I am already addicted to it and this foot massager has become integral part of my daily night time relaxing routine. Chose this one as it had the best review ratings and was very pleased on initial use. Remote wasn’t brilliant and didn’t always work but the actual mat itself seemed to work really well with the buttons on it so didn’t really need the remote however on 4th go of using it I could not feel any electrical pulse on #1 setting on any of the functions. Tried it all the way up to #19 (highest) and on some settings felt a very weak pulse so knew it clearly wasn’t working right. Tried recharging battery and still not working. It is almost like the contacts aren’t connecting. Anyway, I am returning this product as faulty. Also not happy as ad says free returns but on return label/instructions it states I have to pay for returning.

Received today, main pad seems to be working satisfactorily. The remote is not working so there is obviously a fault. Amazon description say the device is of UK origin which I strongly believe it is not, more likely Chinese. The instructions certainly indicate this to be highly likely

ok, so i have peripheral nephropathy plus i'm in renal stage 4 so my feet are swelled however i put this onto setting 19 and can't feel a thing on my feet. I can feel it strong with my hands - in fact very strong if i put both hands on. the wife says she can feel it on her feet so it's just me. I've tried putting a good moisturizer on my feet before use which made no difference. however there are other issues too. the 'feet' placement is too close together so you have to sit bolt upright and force your feet to stay there - this is uncomfortable - would be better if you could angle your feet outwards but cannot do. i was hoping this would make a difference, alas no.

Really compact & lightweight to carry anywhere with you. Very easy to use. It has a variety of settings to choose from and can be customised. Most of my workday needs me to be on my foot so I was looking for good quality massager. This is very effective at relieving foot pain/fatigue after busy day at work. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely product, my sister says she can feel it working, so thats something. However, I'm unable to feel it working on my feet so might just pass it off to her to use instead

At first this was a great item, it really helped my feet after spending 12 hours on my feet at work. However, after charging it for the first time it has now stopped working. I have tried to contact the seller but keep getting directed to Amazon. Such a shame as my feet felt so much better after using it at the beginning
