We have 1 light that doesn't work. How do we get a replacement?

Easy install on vinyl posts, 4x4. So far very bright. Only had then for 3weeks but looks and works great!

These are very nice. Took me three times to find cap lights that fit vinyl posts. They fit perfectly and come with everything you need to attach them.

It's been a year since I put these outside. I am located in eastern PA so it gets cold and snowy. I ordered two of the black fixtures since there were enough poor reviews of white ones which discolored. I have white deck rails but black is a nice contrast. Once I saw how they looked, I ordered another 8 pack. I never had luck with rechargeable batteries so the originals were replaced with brand name AA, one per light. I have done this with other solar lamps and they seem to recharge for adequate use. I have had one bad fixture. I can not seem to get it to switch on. The switches are the weakest point, imo. I will change batteries maybe early spring and then in fall, keeping an eye on performance. After a few cloudy days they will not be as bright or turn on. But I have found that one or two days with some clouds does not significantly affect performance. They will be on for several hours each evening and then shut off usually after midnight in spring through fall. They are nice to see even with snowfall. The solar panel does seem to fade or discolor but I don't believe if has an adverse affect on charging. I've put off buying another set until now. One other thing not mentioned. These came with a plastic base with a flange so they can be mounted on a flat surface with screws. Not just for posts. I may order extras for use on a deck at a summer camp I use. I chose not to use any sealant to keep water out. After heavier rains or morning dew, I will go around and drain excess water. I might also drill some drainholes as my deck posts seem to block the pre-drilled holes. The light lens will build up with moisture which will adversely affect the performance.

Good quality, arrived in good shape and can’t be happier. The size that fits my vinyl deck post covers (4x4) are not easy to find so was very happy when they arrived and fit well 👍

This product may be inexpensive compared to others - CHEAP is a better word. I have purchased 16 of these lights. Not even a year old only 6 work. Within 2 months the inside silver turned black and light out. I have had I think 4 or 6 replaced due to either not lighting on receipt or going out with black reflectors. They went from gray to an odd gray/tan color so NOT UV protected for color. Out of all the ones I ordered and had replaced 6 - yes 6!! are still working! Absolutely unacceptable! I was told to wash the black off the silver - not when it is burnt black! Even sent pictures of black product - oh - purchase more they say HAHAHAHAH. Not sure why they are allowed to sell this product
