I drink this for weight loss. I drink a cup before I workout and it makes you sweat 50x more than usual. If you’re familiar with this tea it is used when people are sick to help sweat out your sickness. So, basically it makes you sweat more than usual. I don’t like the taste, it taste like dirty moldy water. Not your normal black or green tea flavor.

It’s best to drink by night2 hours before bed time makes you sleepy. Great sleep at night. You will make a couple of trips to the bathroom. Drink while it’s warm.

It Comes packed tightly and a little box. It has a great flavor, and sometimes I even open up the little teabag and drink the flowers. It’s good.

There’s over 255 soursop dried leaves. I know this cause I counted each and everyone. Based on the packaging, I wasn’t quite certain however I am very impressed. These leaves are large whole and I counted 273. They are not quite as green as it appears on the advertisement, but I do recognize that when things are dried, you lose a little bit of the color. They have amazing flavor and I use them every day to make teas for my family. I would highly recommend this product. I receive a new shipment every three months. They make a very healthy and refreshing beverage. I even use the old leaves compost in my garden.
