The color of the green is absolutely gorgeous. The material is soft but study. This has really held up well with regular use. It was fun addition to my regular workout routine. Make sure that you buy a good quality ceiling hook(s) for it. It feels very secure if attached properly. I like that it allows for more range of movement and increases your flexibility, and allows you to hang to decompress your spine. It's a cheaper buy just as effective version of an inversion table.

I love love love this thing! I have mostly been taking naps in it but I really do like how comfy this is. It has held up pretty well and I haven't noticed any fabric issues either.

I love this yoga hammock. I had another that was a bit shorter and as a result, the extension ropes I needed to hang it from the ceiling were a major pain. While in an inversion poses this hammock allows all of my legs to be against the silk and not the rope like the other. This makes the exercise more enjoyable as I'm not getting rope burns. For reference, I am 6'4 for sizing. This hammock fits me perfectly.The carabiners are oversized which helps fit around the loop of the knot you tie to allow you to hang this. The straps are also a great accessory to have for many things. I have a similar set for my camping hammock and use them all the time when needing to hang that from trees, polls, and roof racks. If you have a higher ceiling and need to gain the extra length for the yoga hammock these are all how you easily get the right height.

I have never used an aerial yoga silk before so I do not have anything to compare it to. That being said, this feels like a very nice silk swing and all of the accompanying pieces feel quality as well. I got the dark green and can confirm that the color of the silk is accurate to the green represented in the sales post.I deducted one star because the paperwork that comes with this kit is completely insufficient. In the paperwork it shows the silk hanging from two different points. Nowhere in the documentation could I find any discussion about how far apart those two points should be. If I’m going to drill holes in my ceiling to mount the hooks for this to attach to, I want to make sure I use the right spacing. I went online to try and find the answer there and 45 minutes later I still didn’t have an answer. I had found several Youtubers to subscribe to that do regular workouts with the yoga how are you soak. But I never got a definitive suggestion on how far apart the two ceiling points should be. The more I searched, the more frustrated I got. This is not what you want your customers to be doing. This could have been easily remedied by a more comprehensive set of directions. A couple of days later and a few more random searches for this elusive answer I found a site that recommended the two ceiling points be roughly shoulder width apart.

Kit instructions says it comes with 1 "rescue Figure * and 1 Infinity Swivel however this kit does not. It is not show in listing so I got what I ordered. Just won't do1/2 of what the instructions show. Crafty marketing of incomplete kit is what this is.

My wife and I tried aerial yoga or whatever. I'm a fan for sure. Be warned that you still need to hang this swing with hardware not included. The silk is nice and it is quite sturdy.
