This cream has a nice pleasant tingling and slight cooling sensation for about 5-10 minutes after applying. The cream is a silky white cream that dries feeling soft and smooth. The scent is light but has a bit of a menthol and lotion like scent.The listed benefits are purported to come with weeks of use. With just a few uses I noticed maybe an increase in rigidity but it would be subtle. I have not noticed any negative effects however.
