Q: Is the front door a plastic window or screen window?

It is plastic (vinyl, I believe)!

Q: Does top portion zip up as well or only the middle and bottom?

yes, it zips on the top, there is a zipper on bottom, one zipper per door with velcro going along the door openings and the top/bottom opening

Q: I bought the Big Vision 4x2x60 tent. The instructions are for a different product. Does anyone know where I can get the correct assembly instructions?

No, but I found it was pretty easy to assemble. Just snapped the frame together, set it inside the bottom of the tent and lifted the rest into position
