Cant hate on it at all works much better than the old one i had. The only drawback is if the stickers are important to you mine were curling off the helmet. That is a non issue for me

Not that it matters but 75% of the vinyl graphics fell off when unboxing. The helmet is very lightweight (thin plastic) and you need a master’s degree in engineering to figure out the head straps and the confusing worthless directions. All that being said it seems to work quite well, I did a small test weld stop & go and the lenses changed as it should and the view is rather good. So for occasional tinkering around welding it probably is worth its cost.

Nice for the price

It works fantastic but does have a few flaws. First, the adjusters loosen up as your working and the helmet falls down which can be annoying. Next, the light that comes with it will not stay attached to the helmet because it's only held there by double sided tape. So be prepared to super glue it. Other than that, as a welding helmet it works just fine. I could see my welding very easy and it provides perfect eye protection. Is it worth the price ? I'll leave that up to you but take in mind the flaws I mentioned.

This hood is worth every Penny and an excellent investment if you’re not too big on taking your big dollar hood out of the shop environment.

This is a comfortable helmet and errs on the side of keeping your vision safe, which is better, but it does have a relatively low response time to allowing you to see again when the arc is off. The delay adjustments seem to have less effect than others I've had.

Works great and has good adjustments for fit position... comfortable and light...

Bought for a Xmas present, He was really excited and couldn't wait to use it. He said he was very happy e it. Uses it every week end e his welder.
