I am from singapore and the standard voltage is 230 v, is it possible for the manufacturer to convert it to 230 v instead of 110 v ?

This comes with a 110v standard 3 prong usa plug. you should be able to buy a converter that will let you use it.

Can you deliver it to s.korea without paperworks? Do i need to prepare for something before i order this?

This sprayer runs on 120volt 60hz electric so it will not work in South Korea.

I have the wagner 170 pro and when i do not have the tip on paint flows freely. the issue i have is once i put the tip on nothing comes out. why?

It's important that the tip size match the paints requirements. If your paint needs a .017" tip, the .015" that came with the tool, wont work. Find the correct tip size for your paint on the back of the paint can. You'll find a tip chart in the owner's manual. Contact us for more help at 1-800-328-8251.

Does it come with (or need) a viscosity test cup?

No. airless paint sprayers should paint 98% of paints without thinning. Its super rare you get a latex paint that is too thick to spray properly. If so you can add some water or paint conditioner to thin it just a tad.
