Powerful resource, very helpful and informative.

The HCD Toolkit is great for describing the whole process and looking at examples, this HCD Field Guide tells you how to do it - clearly and concisely. Fabulous tool for work projects or study projects. I like the "here's how you take action" approach. Easy to share with team members. Makes a big difference to be able to identify next, tangible steps.

I did forsaw a long wait and a secondhand book. This book came weeks earlier and looked as it were new.

Human Centred Design is great. I am studying it at the moment, and can't stand reading digital documents. This is a great book, easy to reference, and handy to carry around if you are studying HCD or want to use some of the principles of it now and then. Very visual, great illustrations, good lay out of text.

My copy also had a large smear on the cover. Acetone nail polish remover got it off okay. Whoever is packing these up needs to stop eating Pub Subs on the clock. Lol

The book is amazing, the state of the book I received, was not what I would consider "in new condition" with an unknown smear on cover, and a giant, not-easily removable sticker on the center of the page.
