Burner's Absolution (Devil's Riot MC) Paperback – August 11, 2023

Ever since Ally returned to the clubhouse she has kept herself away from everyone. She has not opened up but Burner has become her best friend. Burner is so lost in his head looking for revenge and healing from heartbreak he can't see what is in front of him. Not to mention the threats against the chosen.

Ally has been held captive for so long she knows nothing else. Her nightmares have nightmares. Burner can't let go of his past so won't let anyone in. Check your Triggers on this one. It's so good but could be triggering for some.

Never a dull moment in this one! WOW! Poor Ally could not catch a break! There was trouble at every turn and Ally proved to be stronger than she believed she was! I loved when we first met Ally a few books back and I could not wait for her story. I ate up each little hint that dropped about her in the books before hers and was giddy when I got to this one. My heart hurt for Burner who truly believed he had lost his one and only true love and would never love again, and I felt for Ally when she realized she loved Burner and he could never love her. Then when he finally realized he loved her and they are hit one after another with problem after problem on top of their own internal battles! They had A LOT to work through but it did make their HEA all the more intense and so sweet! The intense scenes and graphic brutality of the abuse Ally suffered were well done and while it was traumatic and awful it added depth to her story. The fact that the author added a layer of danger that Ally herself didn't even see coming was an added twist I really enjoyed! This book had layers!There were some grammar and editing issues as well as some misused words and some past/present tense issues but nothing too terrible. Overall the plot flowed well and I re the book in 1 sitting because I was so pulled in I couldn't wait to see how the next page would play out!

I JUST LOVED THIS BOOK AND SERIES.

I hate to see this series end but the Devils Riot MC goes out with a bang. So you remember Ally, Hades' sister. But, Burner has some painful memories. He is still grieving over losing the love of his life. So when he thinks that he can never and will never love again. Well, we find out that Burner has fallen in love with Ally. With this he questions his feelings. Ally has been through some horrific situations. As you know some of her story, we find out even more. It is scary the things that she has endured. So when the club finds out what she is really hiding they don't blink. They are there for her. Then both of their past comes back and threatens to split them apart. Too bad for them, they didn't realize the lengths Burner will go to to protect Ally and what she will do to survive. Be prepared to be gutted one last time in this series. I am going to miss these men and women of the Devils Riot.

Don't know if this is the final story in the lives of the Devil's Riot MC, so far we have been introduced to all of the most important players. We are now fully acquainted with the MC brothers, their wives and children and their many friends in other Clubs and acquaintances. Each book tells a special story about family and friends; and the enemies that threatened them. All very gripping and suspenseful thrillers.

Burner has lost a lot in his life. He thought he'd never have room in his heart to love again. Then Ally enters his life. She brightens up his life like none other.Very good story!

Ally is learning how to live life, she was raised in a horrible home growing up, now she's working st a tattoo shop. Burner is a member of  the Devil's Riot MC. The first time they meet is when she shows up at the clubhouse with her brother whos apart of the mc. The attraction is there but eith Ally's past and being the sister of one of his mc brothers  Burner has kept his distance. That is until he finally gives in. But what will happen when both their pasts come at them? Will there be a HEA?

Another great read from E.C. Land. I can’t wait to read the next in the series. You definitely get hooked by the characters and the storylines.

This author has a very dark imagination, honestly the stuff Ally suffered is beyond horrendous, but it’s lightened a little by the sweetness of her and Burner together. Dark but good read.

WickedI was pulled into the story from the beginning, wgich is where I stayed it until I had read every single word that was written. All the while my mini movie was plating along in my head.There are twists and turns all through the book, a long with surprises, some you may see coming, while others you won't. Some are large and others are small. Some may pull on your heartstrings and others may hot you square in the face. But each and every one hold equal importance to the book.Emotions that they characters can be felt i went through them along with the characters.This series is getting better and better with each book

I loved Ally and burners story what she has been through and come out the other end much strong the same for burner to fine love again cant wait to read more.

I love this series & each book doesn't disappoint. Burners book is tragic & tough to read in parts but still couldn't put it down. Looking forward to more.
