I had an unidentified problem with my HP DesignJet T120 and this new printhead worked a treat! The DesignJet gives you a very unhelpful message when unspecified issues arise - “There is a problem with the printer. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.” In my case, this printer was left over from a previous job and I was trying out a new set of inks, which then triggered the unhelpful error message. Of course I tried turning the machine off and on, nothing happened. The error shouldn’t be the inks as they were brand new. So my next hope was replacing the printhead, and I’m relieved to say this was money well spent!

Due to not working during the pandemic, our HP T120 was not used and the for some reason the printhead would not work as should, after cleaning and spending hours on it, decided in the end to buy this kit to replace the printhead, also comes with a new set of ink cartridges (you cannot use old one's), followed the easy instructions and worked straight away to my relief, now doing a test print weekly to keep it flowing. Money well spent.

I’m never going back to non official cartridges after covering my computer keyboard in blue ink. But I wish these cartridges were not so expensive. It seems a little cynical.

Printer head faulty. As soon as I replaced it, it worked. We’ll worth it. Don’t try and not replace ink cartridges they need replacing too

Simple and easy to install - bought after reading HP technical site suggesting replacing printer heads will sort error report - also printer heads should be replaced @ every 2-3 years and our old ones were 5 years old!!! Came with full set of ink cardridges - bargain.

After procrastinating for a few days about the cost of this I bit the bullet and of course it sorted the problem straight away. HP T520 A1 printer. Error was.. cartridge or printer error change cartridge or contact HP support.

Old print head finally failed after 8 years. This brought new life to the Deskjet.

Print head came with starter ink. Installed, did an alignment then a demo print of the world map. No lines, smudges or gaps. Wonderful outcome and took only 2 days to arrive.
