The center of each bar has a connector piece and you just twist it around and that’s what locks it into place

Q: I purchased this for Grand daughter almost a year ago. It is a little saggy in the bottom center now. Is there a way to tighten it up?

I’m not sure about tightening up the material as we’ve only had light items in there (like baby dolls or stuffed animals) for the past year, but I would also check that the side pieces are still locked into place (turn the middle knob horizontally) as the side bars can sag in if that part gets turned. Also check the hardware on the bottom to make sure everything is still screwed and tightened in place.
