Good to use a secondary dandruff shampoo
I use it twice daily, once with my 8x shampoo, which I use every alternate day. However, it may not be effective for individuals with severe dandruff. It’s always recommended to use a proper anti-dandruff shampoo like 8X, in combination with a regular anti-dandruff shampoo like Head & Shoulder, etc.
