So Glad I Bought This!!
I love the design of the unit where you can enjoy the flame effect from 3. areas.I am impressed by the warmth this unit puts out since it’s not a large fireplaceFor years, I tried to get my hubby to have a stove unit installed in our mobile home but it never happened while he was alive.I finally found something that was aesthetically pleasing and keeps me plenty warm in my family room. The price which I considered fair was definitely worth it.

Powerful little heater!!
This little thing has become one of our favorites! I love that it goes down to 700 W on Eco mode. Also, on Eco mode, it shuts itself off once it reaches the temperature, you set. On its highest mode, if heats up a medium-lg sized room very quickly in cold temperatures. It heats up a medium-size room very quickly in freezing temperatures(below freezing) highly recommend !

Works great !
Heater looks and works great! A lot smaller than I thought it would be but I didn’t really look at the dimensions prior to ordering. More like a desktop heater size but it definitely does the job needless to say. Thanks!😊

Horrible product
The heater has a very chemical and nasty smell when running. I only let it run for a few minutes while I was tryong to figure out the controls and this thing has made me feel light headed and given me a horrible headache.The off button doesn't actually turn the heater off. I HAD TO UNPLUG IT TO TURN IT OFF.The buttons and manual do not make any sense. I was unable to set the temperature and the remote wouldn't work at all.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING.

Good heater
This was a great little heater. Thermostat worked great, and it was reliable and able to keep up with the recent cold temps. Nice carrying handle and safety protections, and really enjoyed the fireplace look.All that said I had to return it. The cord was just too short for me and the remote interfered with my remote control room lights. Other cons: if you unplug which I had to do frequently due to lack of available outlets, you have to reset the thermostat down from the default of 95, 1 by 1 hitting the down button on the unit or remote 30 times was a bummer to do so frequently.Overall was a solid device that the temperature function worked well on, but didn't work w/ my circumstances.

I loved the fireplace look & how much heat this little heater threw out.

Powerful unit
It warms up a bedroom fast to toasty warm quickly. And it is cool to touch surface as it promised and that is a great feature I was looking for since we have curious cats. Compact but very powerful.
