The texture is fine. It doesn't have a lot of flavor to me, but no ghee does IMHO. Its a healtheir alternative to butter and other oils. I had to warm it up in the microwave to get it out of the package and into a jar.

Never used ghee before and glad I got this. Using it in cooking and tastes great! It is a little hard to squeeze out of the tube; but worth the small effort.

The ghee tasted great! It did become hard when we had colder weather so it was hard to get out of the pouch but overall great. Smooth texture.

It was amazing. Price is good, the taste is really nice with smooth texture. I love it, will buy again. The seal was good, melts well at roon temperature in warm month, shelf life is long, but I did finish it in a month as it was tasty. It seemed organic as stated. I hope they make a bigger sized one as well for us.

It always has a nice flavor. I believe that each pouch might have slightly different taste than another. Sometimes it seems one pouch will have a more caramel flavor than another. I have tried a few others and I like this one the best.

Good ghee, less expensive than known brands and supporting small farmers

Good quality and great way to apply to food, and store the Ghee.
