OMTech 4-Wheel Rotary Axis Attachment with NEMA 23 Motor

Takes a minute to figure out, but once that happens it’s off to the races.

It took a little time to dial it in since it doesn't provide specs such as wheel diameter and steps per rotation but once I got that figured out it works perfect. Also it sits a bit high so I did need to remove the bed and sit it on the bed rails. For those that are interested, here's the info for Light Burn: Steps per rotation: 11500 Roller (Wheel) Dia.: 2.67398"

I purchased this OMTech Rotary unit to use in my 80W OMTech CO2 Laser. The build quality of the unit is good, though it is rather tall forcing one to remove the honeycomb table and lower the bed to almost the absolute bottom attempt to use the product. After trying several hours ruining parts to figure out the steps per rotation and return to zero I gave up, the unit now sits beside the laser collecting dust. All of this could have been avoided with a meaningful set of directions/specifications included with the product, especially being that the rotary unit is the same manufacturer as my laser.

I bought this because this said K40 in the item name. It does not even fit in the machine. It is too long and does not come with the correct connectors to plug into the K40/K40+. VERY disappointed.
