This massager feels genuinely good, the pressure goes deep and stays consistent. It has multiple modes, adjustable settings, and the heat function makes it even better. I use it for full-body massage, but it shines on my lower body. It gets right into my sciatic nerves and gives proper deep relief every time. The pain reduction is immediate, and for the price, it’s amazing value. It’s sturdy, durable, and genuinely useful. One of the best massagers I’ve bought.

Just brilliant, the default setting maybe not for the faint hearted but can dial it back if you want. Love it. Had a question about getting a cover I could wash and got instant response from customer service.

Good value for money. Very, very good product. Although not a replacement of professionals physios and sport massages this product will save trips and money to them. Not a 5 stars review as could do with remote and cordless activation. That said, newer models with these options are now available.

I had been looking into getting a sports massage as I had been suffering with a stiff and occasional sore back, but seeing how much physios charged for a 30 min massage made me wonder if there was a more cost effective solution. This has been an absolute life saver! I do at least six hours of dance a week + 45 min HIIT I also work in front of a computer all day (so not the most back friendly activities!) I can use this whilst working at my desk and this device gets out all the knots from my workouts. My dancing has already improved and I feel my recovery is much quicker! I plug it in and love that I can use it whilst working/watching TV. I do find it more comfortable to use sitting upright in a desk chair though. It also warms up which is a nice functionality. So much more convenient than paying £££ for regular sports massages! 10/10 recommended!

Crap. 3 months and broke down.

It took me a while to get used to it. Its a funny sensation, deeper than an in person massage, and somehow does more work in 10 minutes that an hour at a salon. I love that you can reposition it anywhere, neck, upper or lower back, calves etc. It definitely feels like it's getting the knots out, you can adjust the pressure yourself by leaning on it more, or less. No amount of pressure will stop these little massage balls from rotating, so I'm guessing even the heaviest and strongest person will get benefit from this. I love it, it took me a few tries to get used to it, but once you do, there's no going back.

Tried to contact but cannot seem to get past product support as no option to contact. The wire does not seem to stay in place together and seems loose and beeps during using it just doesn’t sit in tight or clip in properly the massager is great but this is very annoying

Muy eficaz para la espalda, aunque limitado para el cuello Llevo unos días usando este masajeador BOB AND BRAD EZBack-R y, en general, estoy bastante satisfecho con la compra, aunque tiene algún matiz importante según la zona del cuerpo donde lo uses. Rendimiento en espalda y cuello: En la zona de la espalda funciona muy bien. Los nodos aplican una presión suficiente como para sentir un auténtico masaje, no solo una vibración o movimiento superficial. Ideal para relajarse después del trabajo o aliviar pequeñas tensiones musculares. Sin embargo, en el cuello el resultado no es el mismo. La posición y la fuerza del aparato no llegan a hacer un “masaje” como tal; se siente más bien como una caricia suave, que puede no ser suficiente si buscas algo más intenso en esa zona. Diseño y funcionalidad: El aparato es cómodo de usar, se adapta bien a la espalda y tiene un mando a distancia que facilita el control sin tener que moverte. La función de calor es un extra agradable, especialmente en días fríos o después de ejercicio. Relación calidad-precio: Por lo que cuesta, me parece un buen producto. Cumple su función si lo que buscas es relajarte o aliviar algo de tensión en la espalda. No sustituye a un fisioterapeuta, pero es un buen complemento para el día a día. Conclusión: Una compra recomendable si tu objetivo principal es tratar la espalda. Para el cuello, quizá se quede corto. Pero en general, por su precio, ofrece una buena experiencia de relajación y merece la pena.

A good professional massage can make you experience sensations that are indescribably wonderful. This pillow massager can provide almost the same effect -- IF you use it right. But it takes a lot of experimenting. You have to learn how to position just right and then lean into it gradually with just the right amount of pressure. This is not so easy to learn, but you'll know you have it right when you hear involuntary pleasant sounds coming out of you. On the other hand, it's so strong that you can also hurt yourself. So back off when you hear painful sounds. Positives: Can give a great massage Well-built with high quality materials Great value for the money Excellent customer service - treated me very well via email contacts Remote control is very convenient -- once positioned correctly you don't want to move Negatives: Cord is too short -- disconnects when repositioning Button on pillow gets pushed when repositioning To work around these annoying problems I use an extension cord and put up with the awkward large plug banging around, plus a suitably wrapped rubber band (see photo) virtually eliminates disconnections. But I still haven't figured out how to remove that unnecessary button on the pillow. The better solution to these problems would be battery-powered units, which do exist but also have issues. First of all, customer service tells me they are not available in Europe, and second the massager will not work as the battery is being charged (according to what I've read). Why not? My computer does. So, in summary, a great product from a great company for a great price, but it requires a lot of learning and could be even better designed.

This is a great massager, I love that has heat and can massage both sides of your legs. It has multiple modes and can be used for a variety of muscle aches. I have frequent shoulder pain and this is the perfect size and intensity for it. I love that it comes with a remote to change the settings .
