This massager feels genuinely good, the pressure goes deep and stays consistent. It has multiple modes, adjustable settings, and the heat function makes it even better. I use it for full-body massage, but it shines on my lower body. It gets right into my sciatic nerves and gives proper deep relief every time. The pain reduction is immediate, and for the price, it’s amazing value. It’s sturdy, durable, and genuinely useful. One of the best massagers I’ve bought.

It took me a while to get used to it. Its a funny sensation, deeper than an in person massage, and somehow does more work in 10 minutes that an hour at a salon. I love that you can reposition it anywhere, neck, upper or lower back, calves etc. It definitely feels like it's getting the knots out, you can adjust the pressure yourself by leaning on it more, or less. No amount of pressure will stop these little massage balls from rotating, so I'm guessing even the heaviest and strongest person will get benefit from this. I love it, it took me a few tries to get used to it, but once you do, there's no going back.

Good value for money. Very, very good product. Although not a replacement of professionals physios and sport massages this product will save trips and money to them. Not a 5 stars review as could do with remote and cordless activation. That said, newer models with these options are now available.

I had been looking into getting a sports massage as I had been suffering with a stiff and occasional sore back, but seeing how much physios charged for a 30 min massage made me wonder if there was a more cost effective solution. This has been an absolute life saver! I do at least six hours of dance a week + 45 min HIIT I also work in front of a computer all day (so not the most back friendly activities!) I can use this whilst working at my desk and this device gets out all the knots from my workouts. My dancing has already improved and I feel my recovery is much quicker! I plug it in and love that I can use it whilst working/watching TV. I do find it more comfortable to use sitting upright in a desk chair though. It also warms up which is a nice functionality. So much more convenient than paying £££ for regular sports massages! 10/10 recommended!

Please read to the end! Initially this item was delivered faulty, the fact is it had already been returned by someone else as their returns slip with their personal data was still in the package, so not only have Amazon sent me a faulty item but they have broken data protection! Although very nice, none of the 3 Indian ladies I spoke to were able to send me a working replacement, they were only able to issue a refund once my return is received, but I can order a replacement at an increased cost of £20! Then once I’ve received that new product and Amazon have received the faulty item they will sort out the price. I paid for a second one, Amazon sent another one, refused to honour the £20 difference and then this one didn’t work and had to be returned! This is when Bob and Brad stepped in, AMAZING customer service, sorted everything and they comped a new unit that works beautifully I can not do anything but praise them, Amazon could learn a thing or two from .Bob and Brad! Product is excellent and does exactly what I wanted,

When my back aches this massager is blissful! Sometimes I use it on my neck too. The massage motion together with the heat is so comforting.

I bought this last year April 2025 here at Amazon, we never used it often. Now am surprise that it is not working anymore when I tried to use it.
