I was concerned that these capsules would make me uncomfortably stimulated, as I don’t love to feel overwhelmed in the way that a couple of Red Bulls can whip one up too much. However, these capsules are almost perfect; they provide a noticeable, gentle increase in capacity with no sense of over stimulation whatsoever. It is easy, having been used to caffeine and the accompanying sensations, to feel initially as though Alpha GPC is not doing anything, until you notice that you haven’t felt any tiredness and have been focussed and calm for three or four hours, and are still up for a workout. Really an excellent and surprising result with this supp and I will continue to use. The only contraindication for the compound is anyone at increased risk of stroke; but I am not! Great great product.

The active component in the mix is alpha GPC - the most efficient form of choline precursor, whose effect is felt straight away. Choline supplements in general improve the function of the autonomic nervous system ANS and its balance between the extremes of sympathetic and parasympathetic dominance, the latter meaning stress. They make you feel noticeably better, better sleep, slightly improved vision, reduced various symptoms of ANS imbalance. Some take it to improve cognition (as a nootropic) or as a gym-performance enhancer, all probably being side-effects of a better ANS function.

I have been taking them every day for more than a week now, and I haven't noticed any effect. It's unknown what's inside :) with the same success, I could be taking gummy bears.

Will definitely buy again. I usually take this at lunchtime when my attention span begins to dip and I definitely feel like these tablets assist with my alertness. From what it says on the container, the ingredients are good quality. Will definitely buy again when I run out.

Not the best but not the worst

Love this product. Boosts my focus substantially, in a way that feels super natural; it just feels like you're having a really good, clear day. Memory is better, ability to concentrate on one thing is better, and brain fog substantially reduced. I use it 3-4 times per week as needed. 600mg dose is very effective.

Grate product has given me focus for the day a head

Pure alpha gpc is hygroscopic. Meaning it attracts moisture when exposed to air. I openned a capsule and exposed the contents to air for over 24 hours and nothing happened. For a product that claims to be pure, this failed the test.
