Okay, I admit I don’t know the deep attraction young (and young at heart) girls have for the Hello Kitty bunch, and the lengths to which they will go to find something new - pillows, figurines, tumblers, bedding, and . . . earrings. This 3-D box (with a RAISED group photo of the most popular and beloved HK characters) already hints at the collectable nature of the contents. This box has a pink satin-y gift pouch, and inside holds the brass and enamel Kuromi earrings.My daughter had her HK phase early, when she was probably too young to appreciate the culture and broad appeal of the HK world to girls everywhere. Her second phase was more recent, and she is fully grown, but now appreciates the “nostalgia” of the characters. She will love these, and they will make a great gift (already so beautifully packaged that any gift wrap would take away from the beauty of the box). They are dainty, and I’m sure they will move to the front of her jewelry stand.

These are the perfect size and look so cute! They are great for adults as well as younger ones. The gold accent makes it stand out from the usual pieces I have seen. Great colors , design and material. No discomfort when wearing.

These are absolutely adorable and very good quality Kuromi earrings. They come in a very giftable package, a silky drawstring bag in a box with character graphics. They wear well, and look great.

I'm a big fan of HK so I like these earrings very much. I wish Kitty were wearing pink and didn't just have a pink bow, but that's how it is. They are a good size, large enough to see on an adult, without being oversized. I think the posts may be a bit long for the ear of a child, because I can feel them myself, but they give you rubber bumpers for the back, so maybe that would mitigate any discomfort if you wore them to sleep. I myself will not. I do however like the gift box and bag, and think it would be wonderful as a way to give it to a child/YA. I would take them out of the plastic baggie first, though. Then there's a pink silk gift bag, and a CUTE HK gift box w/ a little black ribbon pull to get the earrings out. They call this crystal stud earrings because of the pink crystal in the bow. Licensing info printed on the back of the Kitty head to authenticate manufacturer. The enameling looks good. I like them and give them an "A" for sure. Any fan of HK and her world would love these. I know they also do other characters, because I also have a pair of Kuromi.

These earrings are everything you would expect out of hello kitty accessories except for the size. They are VERY small. Only would be suitable for a very small girl. I ordered these for myself. Even old girls like Hello Kitty. I don't think they are a good price for a small child.
