I was seeing a lot of people using this tool for framing so I decided to try, I’m so thankful I did . Very good quality and makes work much faster

Makes framing a lot easier. Pressure treated studs can be tight if they are still wet because they are swollen when they haven't dried from treating. Not the tool's fault though. A must have in my opinion.

Heavier duty than I was expecting. Very pleased. Will be using it this weekend.

This time-saving framing tool makes the job so much easier. No more fiddling with measuring tapes; it's accurate and speeds things up significantly. The solid metal construction feels like it'll last forever. Sure, the price is a bit steep, but for frequent framers, it's a worthwhile investment.

Tool is heavy and quite sturdy but other than looking nice it is useless. Not even close to placing studs 16 inches on center. Very disappointing and simply not usable if you want any kind of accuracy.

great product overall but only problem is doesn't work on pressure treated wood

I used this to make homemade wooden frames for artwork, so it's not the type of use the seller intended. But it worked! It arrived quickly and I felt a little surprised at how heavy it was, felt it was solid/sturdy. I used it to secure right angles for some wide wooden frames, and this really worked well. I didn't have to use some other type of corner clamp, and that saved me time. Again, I'm not a woodworker and didn't use this for framing a house. Instead, I used this for making frames, and making them quickly. If the size of your frames fit this, it will help you with joining the pieces.
