There are 3 different spouts you blow up, and it takes very little effort and time to do so. There is then the sun shade that attaches to each side and it can be adjusted to cover your baby from the sun depending on what angle it is at. When you are finished, there is a plastic piece that fits inside each spout to deflate the float quickly and then you can fold it back up for storage!
