I don't know about this, but mold armor stain remover definitely does that. You can see the Black mold disappearing instantly

Not sure yet.

I sprayed on my bathroom ceiling I don't see any difference yet... I think it will need a good rub before seeing results. I'd seen a video advert that once sprayed you see a difference but that didn't happen but will see after giving it a good rub to see if it works.
