Got started with one of their smaller stick welding units. Moved to this. So far I've only used the flux core included, however I am very impressed.This unit is very easy to use, settings are self explanatory. The synergetic setting is extremely helpful, especially if you're fairly new at welding.I saw another review stating it's "not DIY friendly" which is entirely inaccurate. If you've never welded in your life, this is extremely easy to get into and learn. Just remember if you're new to get your PPE and have a solid place to work and expect a slight learning curve. If you have welded this unit is a great purchase and super easy to use.

This handy mig welder has consistent and yet powerful arc. For this price, it's worthy every penny. Definitely a great starter tool set for new beginners who want to try or learn mig welding. Very easy to set up, and very easy to carry around the shop.

Never welding before, but after 30 minutes and wach some video on YouTube I have no problem to welding the stuff I need. works very well. It is great for the people who just start learning . Highly recommend

Stops working when it wants

I love this welder!!! So small and light I can't believe it does what it does. I have only mig weld with flux core wire. But this little thing welds better than any other 110 welder i have ever used. Smooth and pretty quiet. I can weld good with it. No issues here thank you. HighlyRecommend.

Unit comes with a user manual that is inadequate. It does not cover basic instructions like loading the wire and photos of cable setup is very poor.

This little welder lays some really nice beads! Very shocked for the price!
