Rubies at Party City DC Comics Superheroes: Batgirl Costume Dress for Adults

The costume was so cute and received many compliments BUT it was very short. I am 5’3 and ordered a medium and it was right under my lady part. However it was very cold so I wore black tights and a black long sleeve so it made the costume look very cool. Also the boot covers are very difficult and made for a child’s foot because I am a size 6 and I couldn’t get them to work. Other than the shortness and boot covers the costume was very comfortable, hug everything very nicely, and was very pretty. 🦇💛

The fabric has some stretch in it, so it's comfortable. It's much better quality than I anticipated. I bought the medium based on another review and it fits perfectly. I usually wear a 4-6 US size clothing. I'm 5'5 130 lb. For a tighter fit, I might have been able to purchase a small. It's a cute outfit and not too low cut in front, and good length of the dress. It's longer in front for me than the picture shows. The model must be taller. The added black glovelettes and boot tops are stretchy fabric that stay in place. The boot tops cover the top of your feet and have elastic to stay in place.All you need is shoes. I will choose Rubies again. Glad I bought this one.

I purchased this costume to wear to the San Francisco Comic Con and hoped that I could get through the entire day in comfort. I would say that I pretty much accomplished that. Because the dress was a little short, I opted to wear leggings. As a result of the leggings, the shoe covers would not stay in place around my thighs and would slip and slouch down around my ankles. The arm bands didn't stay in place on my forearms. They would slouch and bunch up around my wrists. I also had to make three modifications to the costume: 1) remove the elastic on the mask and replace it with ribbon. The velcro on each end of the elastic was so tiny that it wouldn't stay fastened. 2) sew the elastic velcro on the bottom of the shoe covers. Again, the velcro on each end of the elastic was so tiny that it wouldn't stay fastened 3) Added carpet tape to the tip of my shoe to hold the shoe covers in place. I went through all this trouble in order to cover some really comfortable shoes since I was going to be on my feet all day. Otherwise, disregarding the shoe covers all together and adding your own pair of black boots would have done the trick! Positives: Super comfortable, cape stayed fastened and in place, mask was super comfortable, belt is easily adjustable as it is tied around your waist/hips. When shoe covers slouched, they looked like uggs. The arm bands still looked good even though they didn't stay in place. Very pleased with this costume and got a ton of compliments!

I dread buying clothes online and have always struggled to find costumes that fit since the "XL" is usually not comparable to an XL in normal clothing. I ordered this because of reviews from last year. The fabric quality is not the best but its shiny and pleather (which does match the image as well for most batwoman costumes). The dress fits well and would be flattering to a lot of different body types and the fabric is soft and comfortable, slightly stretchy. The arm things and the boot extenders are too big for me (length and width). The cape is a bit too big so it attaches a little funny but it will certainly work. For the price (I think it was on sale when I ordered it because it is a bit more now) and comfort, I am very pleased with this purchase. My toddler is so excited we can match for halloween.

Phenomenal costume. Great quality & super cute! It was packaged perfectly & was exactly as described. It fits true to size .. my niece is a size 6/8 & we ordered a medium. It’s as if it was custom made. I definitely recommend.

The costume had so much potential. The fit was nice and it was flattering. However... One of the legging/boot things was significantly longer than the other and were sewed differently. The mask was cracked down the middle and unusable. The dress/cape was stuck together and needed to be peeled apart. It has a weird coating on it. After trying on the costume, I placed the yellow belt face down on the dress and when I went to wear it- the black coating on the dress came off on the belt staining it significantly. One of the arm cuff sleeves had material in it that made the jagged points on it stiff/stand out nicely...the other did not. It looked like the people who put it together forgot to sew in the material and the edges of the jagged points were completely undone on that one cuff. Disappointed that this costume was so poorly made.

Hi brother is Halloween costume so I could wear it to a Halloween party and it was exactly like the one I had when I was a little girl it fit perfectly. It didn’t smell bad it was and its original packaging. Looks just like the photo had everything that you needed right in the packaging Packaging was really nice and organized. Shipping was fast. It was very comfortable and it is worth your money if you’re definitely gonna wear it again I would definitely buy this again. I am definitely gonna wear this again. I am 5 foot I wish that it was a little bit smaller , but other than that this item is perfect. I definitely love it definitely comfortable definitely worth your money.

This is a fantastic costume! I love the way it looks, and while it's a bit skimpy and I was afraid it might leave me cold in the Seattle autumn weather, the material actually seems to keep me quite warm and it should be perfect with nylons to help keep my legs warm. The mask is really not great, as others have said. That won't bother me, as I wear glasses and won't be able to use the mask anyway. I also won't use the boot covers, as I have my own pair of tall leather boots that I think look better. The only issue I have with the costume is sizing. I amd a size 8 and wear a medium in everything. I went ahead and ordered the medium here, thinking it would fit fine, particulary since it's a small costume to begin with. I was wrong, and had to return it for the small. The numerical size of 10 - 12 is very accurate. The small fits perfect, even on someone in the curvier range for a size 8.

El disfraz viene muy completo. Con cubrebotas y todo. La calidad precio muy buena. Lo recomiendo porq bien merececla pena

Bought this costume for a Halloween event and was not disappointed. The dress and accessories are great quality and fit very well and are comfortable to wear. Well worth the price

Déguisement livré rapidement. Semble de qualité. Suivre les commentaires et commander une taille en dessous de la sienne (j'ai pris un s, habituellement je met du m/38 pour 157cm et 56kg et le s taille bien). La robe est un peu courte à l'arrière mais la cape (amovible par scratch) est plus longue donc ça va. Les accessoires sont biens. Pas de soucis sur la taille des manchettes bonne longueur et bon diamètre. Le masque top et tient bien en place mais tient chaud à cause de la matière antidérapante autour des yeux. Les surbottes sont belles mais un peu trop serrées pour moi qui ai les cuisses et mollets costauds (avantage elle ne risque pas de glisser toute la soirée). Je recommande ce produit.
