Liking So Far!
I have just recently bought this machine. So far I am liking it! The snow that this machine produces is phenomenal! I also had the chance to ask their company a few questions about the machine and their responses were quick and very helpful! I most certainly would buy this machine from this company again and plan in getting another hopefully in the near future for my business soon to start!

Total garbage. Never worked once.
I would gii ooo be it zero stars if I could. The machine never started. Not even once, right out of the crate. I messaged the seller and spent 20 minutes chatting with someone proving it was their machine. I sent pictures. They wanted video sent to their WhatsApp, so I sent video. They said they’ll check it later. They asked for pictures again. I sent them. Then they said they’ll send me a new switch. Total garbage.

Speed knob doesn’t work.
My speed knob doesn’t work, it only stays at one speed FAST, so I don’t get to try different textures. Pretty bummed.
