Spanish with English subtitles. When Victor realizes he has only a few months left to live, he decides to save Ana (his ex-girlfriend) from her addictions. Victor follows and kidnaps Ana one night in order to prepare her for a better life. While his intentions are good, Victor finds that he is not prepared to deal with his own demons. Anything can happen between these two characters; one who is an addict, the other who is losing his mind little by little. What will happen between the man who loves life, but cannot live, and the woman who can live, but does not love life?

Incredible
I feel obliged to begin by saying: O.K. I realize that there are plenty who will pass this movie with good reason: a gay man seduces his sister (!); a drugee remains lucid and sensitive to her brother's philosophical pleadings (!); a man dying of brain cancer remains sufficiently in control to be a top (!); as I said, O.K. Nevertheless, the acting, the directing, the cinematography make this incredible story somehow touching; yes, I said it, touching. So maybe it is European--but, yes but, there is something worth hearing here: caring is important even if the story is not exactly cinema verite.
