Half Full or Half Empty?
As a seasoned AeroGarden gardener, I love to plant new indoor gardens on a regular basis. A few weeks ago, I planted my Heirloom Cherry Tomato garden. I am looking forward to adding fresh cherry tomatoes to my salads in the future. Three of the pods have sprouted (each star represents a plant), and the plants look healthy. The other three pods have yet to sprout. If they do, I will add stars (if possible) and update my review.**UPDATE** 10/24/24: I am updating my review (and adding stars) because the three pods that did sprout are now large, super healthy cherry tomato plants, as pictured. Had all six pods sprouted, the Aerogarden would have become overcrowded. I'm excited to see small yellow flowers on the plants, which indicate that cherry tomatoes are on the way. Those cherry tomatoes will be added to fresh salads.Sadly, Aerogarden has announced that they are closing (you can still order Aerogarden items from the company and on Amazon for a while longer). I will stock up on pods before it's too late. I really enjoy Aerogardening!**UPDATE** 12/31/24: "Resprouting Early Spring"Great news! AeroGarden announced recently that they will be back in the spring of 2025! Additionally, their products will be available on Amazon without interruption! :)

Grows too slow but they were great tasting.
Great tasting but to wait forever for about 6 tomatoes! Not buying again.

Happy with these! Started them indoors then planted outdoors. Going strong
I've used 3 of the pods so far. All successful. I grew 2 in the aerogarden. Once the weather got nice, I pulled them out -- there's a lot of roots and probably broke off a few -- and planted them in a grow bag. Of course you could put them in the ground but I use the bags. They've been fruiting. Size of the matoes are even larger than the cherry tomato of plants that I'd purchased. I'm also growing another one in the aerogarden. This one fruited much faster than the first two. I'm not want you'd call a green thumb gardener and these were not hard to grow

Fun entertainment with bonus nightlight
The Aerogarden is fun and entertaining. Houseguests are always curious, & a few have been sold as a result of viewing mine. I’ve had great luck with the cherry tomatoes, as long as I only plant 2 at once & leave the middle dock open to make room. The plants grow taller than my garden, but still bear fruit. Growing basil now, which is prolific, but alternate with tomatoes for variety. My garden also serves as an excellent nightlight, which is a product benefit that was unexpected but valued!

AeroGarden Tomatos are Great!
I was introduced to Aerogarden summer 2024 and I have many units and happily growing several Tomato plants. I get so many Tomatos that I have to give them away. They grow fast, the grow big. The tomatos grow about quarter sized and are tasty!

Great but the plan want to be taller.
I really enjoy using my aerogarden. I've been wanting to grown tomatoes but assumed it wasn't possible. The plants grew fast and had great smell and taste. All of the pods grew so there were no duds. The main issue is the plants didn't offer many tomatoes because it needed to grow much higher than the garden allowed. I probably didn't get more than you would buy in a small package from the grocery store. Even with trimming the tomato plants grew up and around the garden outside of the lights regularly had buds. The tops of the plants didn't stay healthy enough to grow tomatoes due to the lack of light so I don't feel like this is the best for my sized garden.

Not all cycles r successful.
I am in my third cycle. The first yielded alot of tomatoes. My second cycle, the tomatoes grew over the lights. I had to transplant them to the yard but didnt do too well. Yesterday the third looked promising but today the plants r wilting and look they r going to die. Planter started making loud noises. I had to unplug it. I hope they look better in the morning. Not
