Game changer for diabetics with mobility issues!
I have pre-diabetes and almost type two diabetes. My mom who is in her 70s has insulin independent diabetes. So Iโve been looking for ways to help her to get exercise to help lower her blood sugar without insulin. And to help her lose and maintain weight loss. I just got this product and tested it out. Iโm very impressed. Iโm posting a picture of my glucose monitor. I show where I had been fasting all day, then when I ate chipotle, and then when I did band exercises for literally 10 minutes! I went from low 100s, to 180 due to the chipotle, and then with the band exercise it went down to 110. If you exercise right after a meal, it can greatly improve blood sugar. My mom can barely get around so exercise is very difficult for her. This chair exercise could be a game changer. I will have to check back after next weekend after I have her try this out herself.

GREAT INVESTMENT!!!!
MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER TOOK TO THE BANDS SO QUICKLY! IT IS A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ON HER STRENGTH WHILE WATCHING TV. THE ONLY REQUEST I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IS TO HAVE A LARGE POSTER SIZE OF THE DIFFERENT EXCERSICES INSTEAD OF THE TINY BOOKLET I COULD BARELY SEE.

More detailed instructions needed
The basic directions are there, but would have appreciated more info such as the differences between the two bands.

The "book" is just a little pamphlet, and MUCH smaller than the images show.
Bands are very bandy. They seem fine so far, but we haven't done much with them. The book however is a bit deceptive. All the pictures and angles show it it as thin, paperback sized book. Its not. Its just a flimsy little booklet, with a few smaller print excerises. Having a biok that is easy enough to hold, read or look at during the excercises was part of why I chose this set, so I'm a bit miffed.
