Not affective

Poor mixability & too much sugar This whey protein has very poor mixability. Even after shaking hard, it does not dissolve properly and forms lumps. The powder becomes very sticky and sticks to hands, shaker, spoon, and even mouth, which is really uncomfortable. Taste is too sweet, feels like it contains high sugar or excess sweeteners. Because of this, it does not feel clean or light after drinking. Overall, not a good quality whey protein. I do not recommend this product for regular use.

Value for money, taste, effectiveness, love the kulfi and coffee flavour but the strawberry one is little extra sweet. Thank you!
