These are genuine Sennheiser replacement Ear Pads. Something worth mentioning - they arrived smelling like a mixture of chemicals and perfume. I washed them a few times with mild soap and warm water and left them in the sun for the day to out-gas. Over two weeks, the smell dissipated to zero.

These earpad replacements are exactly like the originals on my HDR175 headphones: same fit, quality and comfort. Installation is simple: rotate the old earpads to remove and install these by rotating in the opposite direction.
