I’m happy I ordered this tree. It was boxed nicely and simple to set up. I added a box underneath it to give it a little bit more height and put a topper on the top. It looked lovely. The ornaments are very nice and there are plenty of them. I did not need to add any ornaments. I disassembled the tree and it took me about five minutes to take it down and put it back in the box. Super simple. I left all of the ornaments on ready for next year. It comes preassembled with the ornaments already attached. I highly recommend this tree for smaller spaces. I really enjoyed it. It has a remote control with different light settings, which was very nice. The only thing is you need to hold the remote control about 3 to 4 feet from the plug for it to work. But that was not an issue. looking forward to using it again next year.

Like others mentioned, looks like box was opened before. Came without transformer and ac plug. It's an attractive tree, definitely cheaply made but would be acceptable for the price if it came with all its parts.

This tree is lovely, easy, and the perfect size for my penthouse. I'd have given 5 stars but the fake snow is all over the place, the tree is a bit crooked, and you can see the spiral of the tree. But for the price, ease, and beauty, I'd definitely recommend this!

Easy to put up and looks adorable. No, it doesn't look like a real tree, but it's certainly festive! Bulbs are bright. A few of the ornaments fell off and I had to reattach with little zip ties, but it was otherwise easy and almost effortless. Slim, will fit in small places. Easy to fluff the ribbons.

Very pleased with this purchase. So easy to assemble . Just a great size and as seen in the picture beautifully lit. Easy to take down and store. Definitely recommend

This was to be a surprise gift. Purchased because it was a Prime item- 3 days. After several shipping delays, it arrived almost 2 weeks later. Tree was obviously packed poorly-- ornaments broken, decoration messed up (beyond fix). I've purchased 2 of these pencil trees over the years and been very pleased. This one, which was more expensive than my previous, looked like junk. The greenery was shedding off all over the place and very sparse. It's a cheaply made, cheap-looking tree. AND the Seller didn't refund me in full--taking off $10 for promo discount. What?? Very, very disappointed in the Seller and product.
