I am pretty happy about this microfibre towel from Egoo. It has a lot of absorption ability, is fast drying and comes in a neat carry case for when you're out and about. Personally I got this to use at the gym while I'm working out, and I've found that it works quite well. I like the fact that the case has room to breathe, and the near 2m length means that I can lie down on the floor with it too.The only thing that I couldn't get too used to was the feel / texture of the towel. Being microfibre, it reminded me of a cleaning cloth or chamois leather and although it is very soft, it didn't feel like a towel usually would.

This comes inside a thin plastic bag which does little to protect the contents. For this price a box would be expected.I am reviewing the XL version ( 6ft x 3ft ), which is a decent size and recommended by Egoo for swimming, gym and shower use.The towel is thin and light for its size, but quite absorbent. The stitching and finishing is good, no complaints there. It comes with a corner loop for hanging and a zip pocket for storing valuables. After a few washes it is still holding up well and the colour hasn’t faded.The case is wellmade, and is most useful for keeping your wet towel away from everything else you may be carrying.Compared to other towels I have tried in the past this is certainly the best. The price of £19 still seems a little steep, £15 is what I think this is worth at most. Basically it does what it says it will, but doesn’t really impress for the money.

A great travel towel that is exactly the size quoted. It is your typical microfibre towel (possibly a bit thicker),it does a great job of drying in a compact size. Obviously it isn't going to be as absorbent as a normal towel, that's not what it is designed for. It dries you off, then needs wringing out if it gets saturated as with all such towels.It comes in a nice case that is ventilated so it doesn't get musty when put away wet (obviously hang it up to dry normally). Also a really nice feature that I've not seen before is the zipped pocket on the corner of the towel, ideal for loose change, phone etc if you're using it while travelling. The other end of the towel has a neat hanging loop that can easily be fastened around objects to dry or to keep handy while showering.Value wise it is about right for a quality travel towel, yes there are cheaper out there but they are not as good as this in my opinion.

This is such an excellent and quality product. I used this for swimming and was amazed how absorbent it is and takes up no space at all.Really easy to wash and re-fold up again into its little storage pouch.Perfect for trips, swimming / gym, camping etc. plan to buy some more for the rest of the family and maybe some smaller ones for workouts / spin classes too.

It is as described a large high absorb towel. Don't personally like the zip on it have caught myself with it a few times now. Absorbed sweat quickly and easily and easy to wash on a low temperature. It's okay for an afternoon the gym towel and like the case it comes in aswell.

Microfibre towels, for those who are used only to the loopy cotton towels, have a curious, smooth feel and initially, you don't think that they are doing a very good job of drying because your hands don't grip on the surface very well as you rub. However, this impression couldn't be further from the truth.The microfibre structure presents a very large surface area to adsorb the water onto and just touching a wet surface with the towel is normally enough to dry it. You can see from the photograph that the towel is made up of extremely tiny fibres.The towel also has a loop in the corner so that you can hang it on a tree or somewhere similar to dry out.Finally, it comes in a rigid, clamshell-style zip-up pack. When you first get the towel out, you might think to yourself that you will never get it back in there - especially if you are in a tent in the middle of a forest somewhere and you need to get going in a hurry. However - I was quite surprised by this - if you fold it up, just keep halving it, it will fit back in there and because there is no springy loop-like surface to the towel, you don't need to force it back in.Further to that the pack as rounded corners which means that when you are trying to fit your camping/hiking gear back into your rucksack, there are no corners to get caught on as you push it into a gap.This is a very good product that performs well.

I ordered this Egoo towel as I needed a new one for swimming and this one looked perfect for the job.In the package is the towel inside its carry case that comes shrink wrapped.On first impressions it looks nothing special. The outside of the carry case has vents on either side of it to assist with drying I'm guessing.Opening the carry case via the zip that goes all the way around you are presented with the towel.The towel is dark grey and soft to the touch but doesn't look like a towel and has almost sheet like appearance and feel to it. At one end of the towel is a corner pocket with a zip to store change or another small item away and at the other there is also a loop fixing so you can hang it up in the shower or changing room.The towel size I received was the 180cm x 90cm and is quite large and perfect for drying me off.On using the towel after swimming it absorbs moisture really quickly and I was dry in no time but the towel did not have this heavy saturated feel to it and folds back up again into the carry case without issue. I am amazed at the absorbency of this towel and it just appears to dry very quickly.Overall this is a brilliant Towel for swimming or any other activity requiring moisture absorption and I highly recommend it!

I have the largest size of towel and I just keep it in my sports kit. I can grab it and dry myself off during exercise or after take a shower. The case keeps the towel away from the rest of the kit but allows it to air whilst wet. Drying takes hardly any time compared to a traditional towel.
