Love my tempura fryer
I like the size, sturdy weight and the lid acts as a cooked food temporary drain plate holder till you can place on a paper towel blotter. I was tired of getting splatter burn from frying. The bowl shape really protects from splattering. I’ve cooked spring rolls, wonton and fried chicken wings

Love this Pot for my Tempura!!!
The product itself serves it’s purpose. Heavy duty pot great for my Tempuras and the rack to drain the oil back to the pot is a plus! I would give it 5 stars, only it wasn’t packed well and lost the thermometer. However, they replaced it quickly.

Easy to clean and stay clean
Nice size. I used to own a smaller, all silver one, it got grease caked on and hard to keep it clean. This is a great size, some coating on the pan makes it so easy to keep it grease and stain free.At first it took me a bit to get used to inside of the pan being black and sometimes hard to see the doneness of the food, but it is fine and am so pleased with this item.A bit expensive but the quality is excellent.

Very versatile kitchen pot
Perfect for tempura or small batch deep frying. Wish it was slightly bigger.

Works very well - I would buy it again.
It is easy to make things like chicken tenders in this fryer - the lid helps the oil heat faster and keeps away the splatters, and the drainer in the lid helps drain off hot oil before moving to a paper towel covered plate. I love the thermometer! The only minor problem is that the lid bangs into the thermometer slightly, making opening and closing the lid a little harder than it should be. I may be able to bend the lid a little to make it work better. The lid seems to be aluminum, and the pan is an iron-containing metal (but not cast iron). (A magnet sticks to it.) Nice size - doesn't take a huge amount of oil, but big enough for about 6 tenders at a time.

Great Pot for Cooking for Two
Saw it demonstrated and my wife liked the concept. There are just two of us now, and the limited amount of frying we do became so much easier, and more efficient in this pot. Well made, nice weight.
