The pouches are too small for an Epi Pen Jr. An Auvi-Q set might fit however. **Q: Will my 7.5" trauma shears fit?** A: No. The pouch is only 7 inches long and 5 inches wide in exterior dimensions but 6.75" x 4.87" interior. I tried to fit a pair of Madison trauma shears in the pouch. The only open space to even place them was between the side pockets (where the zipper closes the pouch together.
