Just what I needed *****

I like using the sponge ball more than the others on my neck as I get a lot of stiffness, especially on the right side. I've found if I place it behind my head or neck and lean back on something firm and kind of 'roll it around' a bit, it definitely helps!

Good service as they arrived fast but quite hard so it depends on what you need.

I was pretty amazed how well these worked. I was in a bit of pain the next day but it just felt like work out pain so I knew it was working. I use then regularly to release muscle tensions in my shoulders and neck. I advise checking some instructional videos on how to use them. Against a wall with a thick top or towel to help reposition will help.

If you're suffering from trigger point pain and the associated referred pain these are great. I have a shoulder that's agony from having two babies to lug around in a sling, back pack or in my arm - big knots or trigger points in my trapezius from neck to shoulder. I lie on the floor with the trigger point ball under the various points for 20 or so mins and its the only thing that's provided relief. And that's compared to sports massage, Thai massage and pain killers. And an osteopath. These are good. Simple always is.
