A great, subtle nanny cam
I’m not new to these devices. Most are a pain to get setup and connected to your phone, but this was rather straightforward. It's really a clever design with good video quality. Since it can operate like a normal remote, you should expect that someone could pick it up and put it down in a less than ideal position to record. I never bother with the cloud storage on these devices, and only ever use a SD card, and I recommend that for anyone. While recording, and with a fully charged battery, there is enough charge for the camera to record for about 3 hours. You'll probably run out of battery before you run out of memory card space. Battery life obviously is longer if you don't use the continuous recording function. If you like clever and discreet, you'll like this little gadget.

Not iOS compatible
I spent a hour or so trying to get it to work with my iPhone but couldn’t get it to work. I tried on my Andriod and in less the 10 minutes I was up and running. Just an fyi. The quality of the picture is just ok. It has a giant gasket on the side that give it away as not being a real remote. At $65 there are definitely better options.

Pretty Bad
Like most other reviewers mentioned the flap that covers the compartment that holds the microsd card doesn't sit flush like it does in the pictures or even looks like that. It sticks out making it obvious there is something to be opened. When you press down on it too much it releases the microsd card. Also the battery life of the camera is very short, I had it unplugged before use and by the time I was ready to use it, it was dead. The remote functionality is the only thing that seems to work effortlessly, you have to use separate AAA batteries for that and setting up with my tv was very simple. The app like most of these devices are pretty lackluster and don't make much sense.

Does nothing & instructions vague
The instructions for the camera are useless. The remote instructions are straight forward however I could never get it to work.At this point it’s just an expensive hunk of plastic.

Very useful universal remote to keep an eyes on things.
I find this so funny and interesting because it’s so obvious with those smoke alarm types of hidden eyes for security of checking on seniors and also great for unannounced guests being so nosy and touching this and touching that , this is a clever universal tv remote that isn’t so obvious . After testing it, the quality of video is great , viewable on your phone via app connected to their own wi-fi instead of your network wifi for it to work seamlessly. Remember to get a SD card for this unit, i recommend about 128GB cost no more than $12+ . tip, place with other remotes controllers to keep them guessing
