Q: Would this support a 2070 super with an 8 pin connector?

Yes. I'm using it with a P4000 with 8 pin power and it has adaptable cables that can be 6 or 8 pin. 8 pin connector on the Power Supply.

Q: How to warranty psu? I did contact manufacturer and no response emailed several times. No 10 year warranty
