It was a great little surprise and definitely reassured me that the craftsmanship was top-notch. As for performance, the toast comes out absolutely perfect, every single time. I love the design on this toaster. I also bought the matching electric kettle. I use this toaster daily and a year later it is working well. This is a 2-slice toaster, and if adjusted properly it toasts evenly on both sides. The slots are wide enough to toast bagels, or even hotdog and hamburger buns. Once I made toasted cheese sandwiches in it and that also worked well. I only experimented with the toasted cheese, and decided not to do it again for fear the cheese would run down inside and be difficult to remove. I have had many compliments on how the toaster and kettle brighten up my kitchen. I recommend this purchase.

Beautiful retro vintage toaster. Works perfectly for toast. I also have the electric teapot. People comment frequently on them for their beauty. Everybody just has plain color things anymore in their kitchen. This makes my kitchen more cozy and just fun. I wish they had more kitchen products with this design.

Toasted evenly. Works well. I like the additional buttons on the front. I really just wanted a simple toaster. The only small issue is the dial seems a little flimsy. It works fine it just feels like it may break soon. There is no resistance at when turning it and it feels loose. It's not loose, just takes an extremely light touch to turn. We will have to wait and see on that. Had it maybe a week-ish. Very pretty color and doesn't look cheap. Picking it up; it has some weight to it for a toaster, so I suspect a good manufactured product. Cleaning tray pulls out easily, of course it's barely been used so far. Gotta wait on that one for a bit too. As stands I'd give an 8 outta 10. If the dial felt like the same quality the rest did we'd be at a 10. Very nice paint job on it. I'd say it's a great buy for the money.

Toaster works very well, and it is so cute..The only problem I have is that the front panel is a little wonky, But it does not affect the toaster performance. If it becomes a problem it does have a warranty. Not sure if this is a factory defect.

I have had my eye on this toaster for awhile. I love the print and that is what makes this unique. Its your typical toaster - does nothing special...but the design is so precious and brightens and warms up a kitchen. I am in love with birds and florals so this was really weighing on my mind. Its more than I usually spend on a toaster, but it seems to be quality - the outer shell is metal, so you do have to be careful when toasting as it does get hot. It does have a cool touch bottom and the knobs are also cool touch. The only thing I want to add is that if you use a kettle, you MUST get the matching kettle. If you buy them separately they are more money, you do save a bit if you get both. Super cute together. I recommend it fully.
