It's a real shame the sound/noise cannot be switched off. It ruins the otherwise excellent product. Overall 5/10

Very happy with the product. As advertised. Product is bright enough for my uses as I will be boosting the output and I was only after the light strip itself and not the powerpack. As I have seen on similar product reviews there is a slight buzzing noise when the device is operating, however the noise is barely audible unless held close (within 0.5m) to ear. For my purposes this light strip is perfect and at a great price and value for money. Thanks. P.S. I would be interested if you begin to the sell the EL wire alone, minus, the powerpack as I intend to modify these for own purposes.

I bought these lights to wrap around the outside of my snowboard. Not as bright as I expected but was good never the less. I thought it just had an on and off feature but it had 2 strobe features.

The ones I received make a really annoying beeping noise when switched on, enough to be heard around everyday noise; so much so everyone asks "what's that beeping noise?".

The product is cool but i couldn't get any use out of it as the battery box broke on first use.Unfortunately i would not recommend this product. Maybe it was just that mine was faulty but it had to be returned.

It is perfect! It is cool, does what it said. Moreover, they were delivered very fast, two days only! My bike now looks awesome! Also, the sound emitting is actually not a big problem, unless you are VERY good are listening, you won't even notice the sound.
