Very good product. All accessories shown in pictures are provided including allen key. Quite sturdy and functional.

Missing parts, without thus cannot fit in vehicle. Very disappointed.
Received product with mimicking parts. How to fix without fixing tool and spacer places ?? Further box looks very old for may months. According to diagram in box parts name plastic spacers and Allen key and 3M tape is missing. When I gone to mechanic he told he cannot fix without these spares. I disappointed. How parts can miss from closed box. And it appears box many times opened and closed by seeing tape marks.

Best plus point of this mobile holder is that it has 360 rotation which makes it easy to install, and the spider grip provided with holder is of good quality

I really like the strength this has with regard to holding my mobile phone in place without moving around due to the inevitable vibrations and bumps that come with longer rides. I’ve seriously damaged 2 separate phones due to their coming loose from other holders in the past. I just can’t see that happening with this mount, which makes it worth FAR more valuable than its price.
