We use Frankline x for warm weather and this for winter as it is very durable. It's good for cold weather.

I play pickleball a lot and after breaking Franklin X-40's night after night in cold weather I decided to try these. They are harder than the franklins and have a slightly different bounce but other then that they are great pickleballs. They show no signs of wear after several games and don't lose layers like the Franklin balls. The best part is THEY DO NO CRACK in sub 45 degree weather. Definitely worth the money. Arguably they are better then the Selkirk Pro 1 balls that have a 1yr warranty to no crack.

Far and away the best pickleball on the market. Great bounce, true trajectory and long lasting. No other pickleball-- and I've tried a lot of 'em-- comes even close. If you buy another brand, consider it money wasted. Just wish these balls were a little cheaper...I'm sure the profit margin is outrageous on these.

I've been playing pickleball for 6+ years and this has been my go-to pickleball for a long time. Onix balls are durable and have a softer racquet feel than Selkirk or Franklin balls. They seem to stay in round for a decent amount of time. Only one or two have split for me.

These pickleballs are really nice. Have a bit more play in them then the ones at the pickleball places I go to.

Bought another set of 4 dozen. Our current set of Onix Pure’s yellow balls have received approx 100 hours of heavy duty play per ball during past year, on outdoor concrete surface , plus being stored in a deck box outdoors [ FL]; still maintain healthy bounce. One fatality due to a crack, one other was stepped on, others have held up well. Switching to green this time to not mix balls with older ones we’ll keep for practice sessions.

This ball has more bounce than other outdoor balls our group plays with. It has more speed and distance off the paddle. Our group quickly grew to prefer these balls to others.

I like the balls except for their color. I ordered yellow and got green twice.
