Don't buy.
Just got them in and this is how they came. The plastic it came in was torn up and 8 of the 24 bulbs was broken. Very upset. Will not buy again. I don't think I should have to pay to send back.

They're incredibly cheap looking, one was dented, and two were missing the hooks to hang them.
